Qualifications

• Able to work night shifts and weekends from start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery of refurbishment works and ensure technical specs are met.
• Uphold government-site health and safety standards and vetting requirements.
• Manage site logs and provide clear handovers for daytime teams.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors on site.
