Job summary

The Luxury Build Partner Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day on-site delivery for luxury interiors projects in London. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme, ensure safety and quality, and maintain a tidy, professional site.

This role may sit within BECK London or HUB Build depending on project needs; you will report to the Project Director and work closely with design teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in construction, overseeing on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid health & safety understanding including CSCS/SMSTS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities, labour and subcontractors.
• Drive works in line with programme and targets.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs and quality requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials and finishes on site.
• Coordinate site logistics, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Read and interpret drawings, resolve discrepancies with project team.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to schedule and quality.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Manage snagging, completion and handover activities.
• Keep site professional, organised and presentable.
