A respected residential development firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager for luxury new build projects in Buckinghamshire. Responsibilities include managing the residential projects from start to finish, working closely with senior managers, and ensuring efficient operations on-site. Qualifications

• Experience in managing traditional build schemes of luxury town houses.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and first aid certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Manage new build residential projects in Buckinghamshire from inception to completion.
• Oversee developments of luxury townhouses on-site.
• Collaborate with Senior Site/Project Managers on operations until handover.
• Promote progression opportunities on site with a strong pipeline of work.
