Job summary

The Luxury Build Partner Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day on-site delivery for luxury interiors projects in London. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme, ensure safety and quality, and maintain a tidy, professional site.

This role may sit within BECK London or HUB Build depending on project needs; you will report to the Project Director and work closely with design teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in construction, overseeing on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid health & safety understanding including CSCS/SMSTS credentials.

The Luxury Build Partner Group | Luxury Fit-Out & Interiors | London

The Luxury Build Partner brings together BECK London and HUB Build, specialist businesses delivering exceptional construction and fit-out projects across the luxury hospitality, high-end residential and premium interiors sectors.

Across the group, our teams combine technical expertise, craftsmanship and an uncompromising attention to detail to deliver complex, high-quality projects for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our interiors team. The role may sit within either BECK London or HUB Build, depending on project requirements and the successful candidate’s experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are planned, coordinated and delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptional quality standards expected across The Luxury Build Partner.

Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you will coordinate site activities, identify and resolve issues early, drive progress against programme and maintain the highest standards of quality, organisation and presentation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities, labour and specialist subcontractors.
• Driving works in line with the construction programme and short-term targets.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across the site.
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitoring workmanship, materials and finishes throughout construction.
• Coordinating site logistics, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical information, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues with the wider project team.
• Monitoring progress and proactively identifying programme, quality and delivery risks.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
• Managing snagging, completion and handover activities.
• Maintaining a professional, organised and well-presented site environment.

About You

You will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong practical understanding of construction and a proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and complex works safely and effectively.

Experience within luxury fit-out, high-end residential, hospitality, refurbishment or similarly high-quality, detail-focused interiors is essential, together with experience working with specialist subcontractors and high-quality finishes.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in a Site Manager role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Experience delivering works against construction programmes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Relevant site management and health & safety qualifications, including SMSTS and appropriate CSCS certification.
