A leading contractor is seeking a Site Manager for a hotel refurbishment project near Lymington. The role involves managing high-value projects, ensuring safety compliance, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Site Manager – Managing hotel interior refurbishment near Lymington including bedroom and bathroom changes upto £1m in value. Long term work available.
Demonstrate excellent reading and writing skills for the preparation of reports and documentation.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.
Regularly send detailed weekly reports on project progress and site activities.
Requirements:
Possession of an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) card.
First aid certification is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in joinery and interior fit-out.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
