Site Manager Hampshire High End Projects

A fantastic, well established and growing main contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. Based on projects in and around Hampshire, the Site Manager will be joining a really great team and environment working on super prime and high end projects. The Site Manager will be number one on site running projects up to 5m for high net worth client.

The role:

• Running a project from 500k to 5m
• Reporting into the visting Project Manager
• Managing sub contractors and client
• Seeing projects out from start to finish

The candidate:

• Experience in high end housing ideally for a main contractor
• Presentable in front of a client
• Lives within Hampshire/ Dorset areas
• Looking for a company they can progress with
