Buildforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a high-quality open market residential development in South Shropshire. The role requires a strong housebuilding background and a commitment to delivering quality homes through to completion.

You will manage subcontractors, drive snagging, and maintain standards for quality, safety, and programme while coordinating inspections and plots handover.

Qualifications

• Recent housebuilding finishing experience on open market developments.
• Proven ability to manage finishing stages and plots handovers.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

Site Manager – House Building (Finishing)

South Shropshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the finishing stages of a high-quality open market residential development in South Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong housebuilding background who takes pride in delivering quality homes through to completion.

The Role

• Manage the finishing stages of a high-quality open market housing development.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed to the highest standard.
• Drive the snagging process and ensure defects are closed out efficiently.
• Maintain quality, programme and Health & Safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections and prepare plots for handover.

Requirements

• Recent and predominantly housebuilding experience.
• Proven experience managing the finishing stages of open market, high-spec residential developments.
• Strong eye for quality with experience managing snagging and plot handovers.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Available to work on a contract basis.

Contract

Duration until mid to late October.
