We are working with an established residential developer looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a new development in Cirencester.
The scheme comprises over 90 traditionally built homes, with a strong emphasis on quality, finish and attention to detail. With a programme expected to run for approximately 2–3 years, this represents an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking for a secure, long-term project with a respected developer.
As Site Manager, you will take a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the development, managing subcontractors, programme, health & safety and build quality through to completion and handover.

We are looking for somebody with a strong background in new build residential construction, ideally with experience delivering traditional build housing schemes where quality and finish are a major focus.
You must hold:
Scaffold Inspection or Scaffold Appreciation would be advantageous.
Previous experience working as a Site Manager for a recognised residential developer or housebuilder would be highly desirable.
The successful Site Manager can expect a salary of up to £75,000 + package, dependent upon experience.
The developer is ideally looking to make an appointment shortly, with the successful candidate starting within approximately 6 weeks.
