My client is an industry-leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing new groundworks and civils projects based in Oxford.

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site supervision and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keeping detailed site diaries.
• Amending and working to RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Ensuring Quality Assurance.
• Managing labor and assigning work to team members.
• Providing progress reports.
• Managing and ordering materials; overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements

• CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First aid certification.
• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
• 8+ years of management experience.
