Job Opportunity: Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager for a groundworks project in Essex and Kent with a reputable UK Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, promoting safety awareness and responsibility among team members, colleagues, and clients.
• Oversee the site programme, ensuring sufficient labour, plant, and materials to meet project requirements and take accountability for delivery.
• Ensure work progresses according to the program, driving site delivery.
• Manage and maintain the quality of work.
• Keep operational records up to date and organized.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications, and 2 professional references.
• Relevant experience in Earthworks, Groundworks, or General Civils.
