Job Description:

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Leading by example, encouraging the team to prioritize safety for colleagues, themselves, and clients.
• Overseeing the site programme, including monitoring and ensuring sufficient labour, plant, and materials, and taking accountability for delivery.
• Ensuring work progresses according to schedule and driving site delivery.
• Managing the quality of work.
• Ensuring all operational records are current and properly maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar roles.
• Certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid; 2 references.
• Relevant experience in Earthworks, Groundworks, and General Civils.
