Our client is an award-winning residential developer renowned for building high-quality, unique projects in Greater London.

They are seeking an experienced, diligent Site Manager with extensive background in managing Grade II listed heritage projects. The successful candidate will oversee repairs, facade, and internal works, starting ASAP.

You will be one of three Site Managers, serving as the specialist for heritage-related parts of the renovation, ensuring contractors adhere to best practices. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. It could last up to 12 months, with potential extension due to company growth.

As the Site Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Directors to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project between the design team and on-site subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Anticipate potential risks and issues related to budgets and costs.
  • Plan and sequence work weeks in advance to mitigate risks concerning labor, equipment, materials, and resources.
  • Proactively schedule and conduct weekly meetings with Directors and relevant team members, documenting and distributing minutes.
  • Prepare and produce regular reports and updates, including work schedules, programs, implementations, deviations, and risk-related items.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for internal systems and workflows.
