Facilities and Challenges

From historic Grade II listed buildings to cutting-edge modern facilities, you'll encounter a diverse array of challenges. A dedicated in-house team will be available to support you at every turn.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the site and security team, consisting of nine individuals, ensuring the schools operate in a safe and secure environment.
2. Develop and lead your team, while also being hands-on when necessary.
3. Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations across cleaning and site services.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of health and safety. Experience in a school environment is not mandatory; applications from all sectors are welcome.
