Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implement the project BIM Execution Plan in line with Employer Information Requirements.
• Monitor quality and compliance of all subcontractor BIM models and drawings in accordance with MIDs and MPDTs.
• Develop QA/QC inspection templates and dashboards to support site progress tracking.
• Produce weekly clash detection reports and facilitate coordination workshops with design teams and supply chain partners.
• Support the Document Controller in managing the CDE to ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Provide BIM software training to site teams and stakeholders, focusing on coordination, cost analysis, and programming.
• Create Revit models and generate drawings/sketches to support site teams as required.
• Develop detailed site logistics models to support project planning and tendering.
• Manage asset information inputs (COBie) for project handover.
• Act as the project lead for BIM 360/Procore, including platform setup, training, and troubleshooting.
• Use Power BI to develop data visualisations for project and company dashboards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong hands-on experience using BIM tools, including Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM 360, Solibri, and Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of BIM Level 2 protocols and industry standards (ISO 19650).
• Proven experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects.
• Practical experience coordinating design models across multiple disciplines.
• Background in construction or a related field such as Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or Structures.
