Job summary

Approach Personnel are partnered on a short-term Site Manager contract in Coventry for a social housing project. The role requires SEQ: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets, with proven experience in similar schemes and strong health & safety knowledge.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure works stay on programme and budget, and maintain high H&S standards while coordinating quality checks across the site.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects.
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, social housing, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a background in social housing, for the next 3 weeks in Coventry.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on social housing projects before and due to client payment methods this role will be P.A.Y.E ONLY.
