Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Coventry-based social housing project on a 3-week contract, paid on PAYE terms. The role requires managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating with subcontractors to keep works on programme.

The successful candidate will enforce strong health and safety practices, report updates to the senior operations team, collaborate with the commercial team to stay on budget, and perform regular site quality checks.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects.
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
