Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major warehouse/distribution centre project in Swansea. You will oversee on-site works, coordinate subcontractors and drive delivery safety, programme and quality.

Ideal candidates will have extensive site management experience on large-scale warehouse or logistics schemes, with a strong focus on internals and fit-out. SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are essential; long-term freelance opportunity. Immediate start.

• Strong focus on internals and fit-out.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management.
