Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise fire remediation project in the Durham area. You will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including SFS installation, bracketry and insulation, fire stopping, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding and EWI/render.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in site logistics and programme delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.
