Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 30-week fire remediation project in Liverpool. You will oversee the remediation package, including cladding, SFS installations, weatherboard systems, and EWI/render, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires strong site logistics, planning, and high-rise project experience, with a focus on safety and quality across the remediation package. Flexible working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and façade systems.
• Ability to manage site logistics and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Experience with site logistics, planning and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of remediation package including SFS installation, bracketry, insulation, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics and programme delivery.
• Ensure safety and quality on a 30-week high-rise residential project.
