Nicholas Associates Group Limited in Durham is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major high-rise fire remediation project on a 30-week contract. You will take responsibility for delivering the full remediation package, coordinating SFS installation, rainscreen cladding, weatherboard systems and façade works.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with cladding and fire remediation, strong knowledge of façade systems, and the ability to manage site logistics and subcontractor

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of the full remediation package on site.
• Coordinate SFS installation, bracketry, insulation and cladding works.
• Manage subcontractors and site logistics to ensure the programme is met.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards on a high-rise residential project.

Site Manager - Fire Remediation - Durham - 30-Week Contract
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in the Durham area.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:

• SFS Installation
• Bracketry and Insulation
• Fire Stopping Works
• Weatherboard Systems
• Rainscreen Cladding
• EWI and Render

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works.
Requirements:

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
• High-rise residential project experience preferred
