Asda Feering Burger King is seeking an experienced Burger King Site Manager to lead our in-store operation and deliver excellent customer service, high standards and strong commercial performance.

You will own day-to-day management, coach the team, manage sales, costs and rota, ensure food safety and safety compliance, and work with the wider Asda store leadership to create a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced food, hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results.
• Organised, proactive and able to work at pace.
• Passionate about customer service and developing colleagues.
• Confident in making decisions and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop the Burger King team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take ownership of sales, costs, wages and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure all food safety, health & safety and operational standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive service, availability, product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimise rota and colleague levels to meet demand.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues, creating a high-performing team culture.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the wider Asda store leadership team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Keep the Burger King area clean, safe, well-presented and compliant.
