Asda is seeking an experienced Burger King Site Manager to lead our Burger King operation within the Asda store in Feering. You will take full ownership of day-to-day activities to deliver excellent customer service, high operational standards and strong commercial performance.

As a site manager, you will drive service quality, manage sales, costs and wages, ensure safety compliance, and lead the Burger King team to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

Burger King Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Burger king site manager to lead our Burger King operation within Asda.

As a site manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day of the Burger King, ensuring we deliver excellent customer service, high operational standards and strong commerical performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop the Burger King team deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take ownership of sales, costs, wages and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure all food safety, health & safety and operational standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive service, availability, product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimise rota and colleague level and meet customer demand.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Monitor KPI's and take action to improve performance.
• Work closely with the wider Asda store leadership team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Ensure the Burger King is clean, safe, well-presented and fully compliant at all times.
