Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking a Site Manager for facade/cladding to lead installation projects on construction sites. You will coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage schedules with Primavera P6, and coordinate with design teams and clients. Thorough documentation and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in facade or cladding projects.
• Supervising experience with a strong ability to lead diverse teams on busy construction sites.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools for detailed planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to facade installation work and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Technical understanding of facade systems, materials, installation techniques, and relevant building codes is highly desirable.
