Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 2-month contract in Bangor. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations on a care home project, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets, an in-date Enhanced DBS, and proven experience managing similar new build projects, with strong site procedures and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.

Site Manager - Bangor - 2 Months

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to join them for the next 2 months in a project in Bangor.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on care home projects.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
