Job summary

Nicholas Associates is recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a major fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre. The role focuses on managing the full remediation package, including SFS installation, rainscreen cladding, weatherboard systems, and render works.

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and façade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.

• Ensure safe, on-time delivery of SFS, cladding, weatherboard systems, and EWI/render works.

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:

• SFS Installation
• Bracketry and Insulation
• Fire Stopping Works
• Weatherboard Systems
• Rainscreen Cladding
• EWI and Render

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
• High-rise residential project experience preferred
