Nicholas Associates is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major fire remediation project in Durham on a 30-week contract. You will lead the delivery of cladding and fire remediation works, coordinate between subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and related facade systems, plus proven site logistics and programme delivery experience on high-rise

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and façade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of a major high-rise fire remediation project in Durham.
• Manage SFS installation, bracketry, insulation, fire stopping, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI, and render.
• Coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages to meet programme targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Site Manager - Fire Remediation - Durham - 30-Week Contract I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in the Durham area. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:

• SFS Installation
• Bracketry and Insulation
• Fire Stopping Works
• Weatherboard Systems
• Rainscreen Cladding
• EWI and Render

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works. Requirements:

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated fa ade systems
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
• High-rise residential project experience preferred
