Job summary

Nicholas Associates is recruiting a Site Manager for a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre. You will oversee the full remediation package, including SFS installation, bracketry and insulation, fire stopping, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render.

The role focuses on coordinating site logistics, subcontractor packages and programme delivery to ensure on-time, safe completion of critical building safety works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated facade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full remediation package for a major high-rise project.
• Coordinate SFS installation, bracketry, insulation, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render.
• Manage site logistics and subcontractor packages to ensure on-time delivery.

Site Manager - Fire Remediation

Birmingham City Centre

30-Week Contract

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:

• SFS Installation
• Bracketry and Insulation
• Fire Stopping Works
• Weatherboard Systems
• Rainscreen Cladding
• EWI and Render

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated fa ade systems
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
