Job summary

CJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on active construction projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

We are looking for a reliable Site Manager / Supervisor to work on an ongoing site overseeing a commercial window replacement scheme, so having a strong background in roofing is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction site supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of construction health and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow project plans and schedules

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate small teams of labourers on site
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standard
• Report progress, issues, and incidents to management
