Job summary

Tay Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Wolverhampton for a commercial refurbishment project. The role involves overseeing daily on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and keeping works on schedule.

Responsibilities include reporting progress to head office, liaising with the client, and upholding health and safety standards throughout the project. The assignment is 16 weeks long with a £280 per day rate, Monday to Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
• Previous Site Management experience on commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme.
• Providing regular progress reports to head office.
• Liaising directly with the end client.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.
