Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager for a permanent role based in Wolverhampton. You will manage day-to-day site operations on multiple commercial projects including schools, hospitals, colleges, universities and leisure centres.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial schemes, strong leadership and clear communication, and a track record in Tier 1 contracting environments.

• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Stable career history with long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget
• Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team
• Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards
