Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Worcester is seeking a Site Manager for an 8–10 week refurbishment project. You will oversee roofing, EWI, scaffolding, M&E, plastering and decorating, ensuring quality and compliance.

You will lead a construction team, train and mentor, liaise with the Contracts Manager, and manage the programme to meet company procedures. Travel will be required; start date is late January (exact date TBC).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar site management role.
• Skilled in planned works and programme management.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work certified.
• Own transport to site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing, EWI, scaffolding, M&E, plastering and decorating works.
• Lead and mentor the site team to deliver to standards.
• Schedule works to company procedures.
• Liaise with Contracts Manager to inspect quality across works.

About the role of Site Manager As the Site Manager, you'll be working contract, with properties based in Worcester

• this role will require you to travel.

With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for leading the team to keep up with standards on a refurbishment scheme.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the works of 4 houses on a refurbishment project.

Location: Worcester Duration: 8 - 10 weeks.

Start Date: End of January (exact date TBC) Responsibilities for Site Manager Overseeing the following: roofing works, EWI and scaffolding works, M&E works, plastering and decorating.

Ensure high quality service is provided and scheduling work to adhere to company procedures.

Lead and manage the team whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you, clear progression routes will be demonstrated for you and your team.

Liaising with the Contracts Manager to inspect and analyse the quality of work across.
