Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to lead cladding and facade remediation projects in East London. The role focuses on installing new cladding systems, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining programme, quality, and safety on live hospital environments.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in external envelope schemes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage busy sites with occupied occupants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects.
• Experience in hospital or live environments is preferred.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards.
• Confident communicator on occupied sites.

Site Manager - Cladding & Facade Project

East London

£250 - £375 per day + Overtime rates available + Long-Term Pipeline of Projects | Excellent Earning Potential

I'm currently representing a specialist contractor with a strong presence in the façade remediation and external envelope sector. With a significant value of secured work and a healthy project pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term job security and progression.

The Project

• Live hospital environment in East London


• Removal of existing render and cladding systems


• Installation of new cladding and external envelope packages


• Approximately 7 month program with further projects to follow


• Can have an immediate start for the right candidate


• Further projects secured and upcoming across London and the South East

The Experience You'll Need

• Previous experience managing cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects


• Ideally experience working within hospital, healthcare, NHS or other live environments


• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills


• Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards


• Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders on occupied sites


• CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualifications advantageous
