• Lead Civils Operatives and Gangers on civil works.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling for efficient resource use.
• Maintain safety, quality and client standards across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and authorities.
• Review method statements and technical docs for delivery success.
• Ensure accurate records and real-time updates to client systems.
• Provide clear instructions to teams and ensure safe execution.
• Monitor workforce attendance and productivity, enforcing company policies.
