Job summary

Recooty is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our maintenance technicians across multiple care home sites. You will supervise the team, manage costs, schedules and materials while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with a Senior Management Team to develop the facilities in line with our care-driven ethos, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service across all sites.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake training
• Driving licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• H&S qualifications (e.g. PAT, COSHH, IOSH, NEBOSH, RIDDOR)

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and conduct audits to ensure high standards and CQC compliance.
• Monitor condition, safety and security of the premises.
• Assist Area Manager with job costing, ordering and stock controls.
• Carry out regular fire safety checks and Health & Safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors for larger building works and specialist projects.
