LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver care home projects across Kent from groundworks to handover. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety and HSE policies.

The role requires proven care‑home project experience, knowledge of traditional build methods, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work, plus a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience on care home developments.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods.
• Level 6/7 Construction Management qualification or equivalent.
• Black CSCS Card and current SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work certification and full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality builds
• Maintain adherence to project specifications, programmes, and budgets
• Ensure works align with Building Regulations, fire safety and care‑sector standards
• Enforce Health & Safety policies on site at all times
• Drive quality assurance to achieve CQC‑compliant environments and smooth handover
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
