Churchill Retirement Living in Banbury is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new development within the Midlands region. You will manage the entire construction cycle, ensure NHBC standards, and liaise with suppliers, trades and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality targets.

The role requires CSCS and site management experience, NVQ Level 3/4, and First Aider at Work. Competitive salary with a site car or allowance and comprehensive colleague benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee entire construction cycle from drawings to completion to meet deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and manage site safety.
• Coordinate trades and material deliveries to keep programmes on track.
• Maintain site presentation and cost control throughout the project.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with external suppliers and in-house teams.
