Job summary

Corrie Recruitment is seeking experienced Site Managers/Assistant Site Managers to join a well-established client in Inverness for permanent roles on ongoing construction projects located in the region.

You will manage site operations end-to-end, coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure strict adherence to programme timelines and safety standards. A UK driving licence is essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Corrie Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Site Managers/Assistant Site Managers to join a well-established client based in Inverness.

These are excellent opportunities to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from commencement through to completion.
• Requisition of materials.
• Coordinate our directly employed labour force, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain project progress in line with programme targets.
• Maintain quality standards, ensure specification compliance, oversee inspection and test plans.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management.
• Prepare site reports and attend project meetings.

Requirements

• Essentially we are looking for driven individuals with proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, however we are also looking for Assistant Site Managers looking to further their career within a supportive and progressive employee focussed organisation.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications would be beneficial, however training/certification can be provided as part of our employee skills development plan.
• Full UK driving licence.
