Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager

Location: South East London (Office based in Westerham, Kent, TN16 1BT)
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 dependent on position and level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager About the roles:

We are looking for a confident and capable Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager to help oversee our residential construction sites. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience who can support our team in day-to-day operations while also working independently when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting staff in daily site operations and delivery
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed across the site
• Helping manage subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and equipment
• Monitoring build quality and progress against the programme
• Assisting with site documentation, inductions, and inspections
• Acting as a reliable person on site

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a site management role with a residential contractor on multi-unit residential developments in excess of GBP5m
• SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and full UK Driving Licence
• Solid understanding of site logistics, build stages, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems on site
• Excellent time management and being able to meet tight programmes
• Full UK Driving Licence
