You will be supporting an experienced Site Manager, learning from the best, and taking on increasing responsibility as you grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running and management of the site.
• Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to specification and on schedule.
• Manage quality control, conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to design.
• Assist with site documentation, including diaries, progress reports, and permits.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

About You - The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and career-focused individual who is passionate about construction and eager to learn. You will be:

• An Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Engineer ready for the next step.
• Have proven experience working within a main contracting environment.
• Hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work qualification.
• Possess a strong understanding of UK construction processes and Health & Safety regulations.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
