Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Worcester is seeking a Site Manager on a contract basis for an 8-10 week refurbishment project.

You will oversee 4 houses, manage trades including roofing, EWI, scaffolding, M&E, plastering and decorating, and ensure high quality work while meeting company procedures. Lead and mentor the team and coordinate with the Contracts Manager to monitor quality.

Requirements include CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work; own transport is preferred to enable site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• CSCS certification required.
• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Own transport required.

Job description

As the Site Manager, you'll be working contract, with properties based in Worcester - this role will require you to travel. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for leading the team to keep up with standards on a refurbishment scheme.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the works of 4 houses on a refurbishment project.

Location: Worcester

Duration: 8 - 10 weeks.

Start Date: End of January (exact date TBC)
