Job summary

CDS Group is seeking a Site Manager for Wolverhampton-based shopfitting projects. The role requires strong people skills and a proven track record in site management on fit-out works.

The successful candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, Temp Works Supervisor, Face Fit Test/RPE, and Asbestos Awareness, with at least 5 years of industry experience. 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) apply, and you will report to CDS Group leadership.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid trained.
• Fire Marshal responsibilities.
• Temp Works Supervisor qualification.
• Face Fit Test & RPE knowledge.
• Asbestos Awareness needed.
• At least 5 years industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Site management duties on shopfitting projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.
• Collaborate with project team to meet CDS vision, mission and values.
• Maintain on-site records and reporting.

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager who is experienced in shopfitting.

The Site Manager must be based in or within a commutable distance of Wolverhampton.

The Experience required of the Site Manager:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Fire Marshal
• Temp Works Supervisor
• Face Fit Test & RPE
• Asbestos Awareness
• At least 5 years industry experience

Schedule:

• 12 hour shifts 7am - 7pm
