Job summary

JDM Contracts Ltd in the North West and nationwide is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee joinery and fit-out contracts. You will ensure on-site operations run smoothly, manage health and safety, and coordinate with principal contractor's management.

The role requires at least 5 years in joinery/fit-out and general construction, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications, with IT skills for construction. Salary £40,000–£47,000 plus a company van.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Relevant IT Skills for Construction Industry required.
• At least 5 years Joinery / Fit-Out and General Construction experience required.
