Job summary

A Site Manager is required by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to support a busy summer period on a new build school project. You will report to the Project Manager and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, conducting site inductions and toolbox talks, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager, they require a Site Manager to support during the busy summer period on a new build school scheme. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Coordinating daily site operations and short-term programmes
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance at all times
• Monitoring progress and maintaining project recordsConducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
• Liaising with project stakeholders and the wider delivery team
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are achieved
• Managing works within a live school environment with minimal disruption
