Job summary

Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for Site Managers to support a high spec hotel refurbishment in the Windsor area. The role involves assisting the Project Manager across multiple areas including bedrooms, suites, back of house, communal spaces, and leisure areas, with M&E across the estate.

It is a freelance/contract position expected to last around 15 months and requires up-to-date certifications and prior experience on high-spec hotels in live environments.

Site Manager

Site Managers required for high spec Hotel refurbishment in the Windsor area.

Looking for Site Managers to support the Project Manager on various areas within the project.

Areas could include:

• High spec Internals, bedrooms and suites
• Back of house areas
• Communal areas and dining rooms and lounges
• Leisure and Spa areas within the Hotel
• External areas including swimming pool and sports courts.
• M&E across the estate
• Wider ground works and other areas within the wider estate

If you have previous experience on any of the above this may be the positon for you. It's a freelance / contract position that should last for roughly 15 months.

Applicants will need to have up to date certification and MUST have previous experience of working on high specification hotels and have experienced managing works in a live environment.
