Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting a Site Manager to operate at a school in Walsall. You will be responsible for opening and closing the site, maintaining grounds, carrying out general maintenance, litter picking and assisting with deliveries. You will oversee health and safety, perform fire drills and check extinguishers as part of daily duties.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS and the employer highlights their Disability Confident status as part of supporting great work opportunities.

• Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied.
• General maintenance and DIY.
• Litter picking.
• Assisting with school deliveries.
• Overlooking health and safety within the school.
• Carrying out fire drills/test.
• Checking fire extinguishers and other safety aspects.

Job description

Site Manager to work within a school in Walsall, required immediately.

As a site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Opening up and closing the school.
• Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied.
• General maintenance and DIY.
• litter picking.
• assisting with any school deliveries.
• overlooking the schools health and safety.
• Carrying out fire drills/test.
• Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools.

Hours: Mon to Friday 7.00am - 10.00am and 3pm - 6pm.

Pay: 13.50 an hour
