Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a primary school site in Hindley Green. This temporary, 37-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday with a typical split shift.

The position involves opening and securing the site, basic maintenance, and liaising with contractors. The role requires health & safety knowledge, reliability, and the ability to work independently; Enhanced DBS is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Management experience.
• Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one).

• Carrying out basic site maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring site compliance and health & safety standards are maintained

Job Type: Temporary - This is a medium to long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Preferred split shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm
• Flexibility available for the right candidate

Hourly Rate: £15ph
