Job summary

Multitask Personnel is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a programme of social housing refurbishment works across South Warwickshire. You will run several live contracts, alternating between site and office, and act as the main link between subcontractors, senior management and the council.

This immediate role offers long-term stability, progression to a permanent position, and steady, planned works through to March 2028 in the social housing sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in construction, ideally 10+ years in the industry.
• Background in council, housing association or residential refurbishment work.
• Good working knowledge of planned and cyclical works programmes.
• Strong understanding of health and safety on live sites, with a current SMSTS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Confident managing subcontractors and handling multiple sites at once
• Clear communicator who can work with residents, clients and senior stakeholders
• Highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Able to commute within one hour of Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon, with a full UK driving licence

• Hold weekly meetings with council representatives, provide progress reports and agree sign-off of completed works on time
• Meet contractual deadlines for works in progress and escalate issues early

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven Site Manager to join a planned programme of council and residential refurbishment works across social housing in South Warwickshire. You’ll run several live contracts at once, splitting your time between site and the office, and act as the main link between our subcontractors, senior management and the council.

This is an immediate requirement on a long-running contract, so it suits someone who wants stability and a clear path to a permanent position.

• First aid and CSCS card
