Job summary

The FR Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a traditional-build housing development in Warrington. You will manage safety, quality, and programme, ensuring works finish to a high standard and that finishes meet client expectations.

The role requires a proactive leader with proven site management experience, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and trades while maintaining a clean, organised site and delivering on

Responsibilities

Job description

• Maintain excellent attention to detail throughout all stages of the build, with a strong focus on quality and finish.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities to maintain programme and productivity.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised and professional site.
• Work closely with the wider site team to achieve project targets and deliver an exceptional finished product.
  The ideal candidate will have experience managing traditional-build housing sites, with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to site management, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into an established team. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their site, and works collaboratively with subcontractors and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the development.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional-build housing developments which you can provide references for
• Experience working on high-specification new-build homes is highly desirable - traditional build
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
