Job summary

Whiteoak Associates in Oxfordshire is recruiting 2 Site Managers to oversee daily delivery on Commercial Office Construction and Fit Out projects. Work may span Oxfordshire, Greater London and surrounding counties with travel involved.

You will set up sites, coordinate day-to-day activities, and manage specialist subcontractors while liaising with client representatives to ensure quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience on Commercial Office Construction & Fit Out projects.
• Ability to set up and manage construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid CSCS or SMSTS card.

We are working for an Oxfordshire based Principal Contractor who are looking for 2 Site Managers to manage the day-to-day delivery of Commercial Office Construction and Fit Out Projects. Projects can be in Oxfordshire, Greater London, Bucks, Berks, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Warwickshire & Northants.

Responsibilities

• Ability to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing construction sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
