Job summary

Bigblue Search Ltd is seeking a driven Senior Site Manager to lead a high-end CAT A fit-out in Oxford. You will be responsible for on-site delivery, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the project.

This role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in commercial office refurbishments, and the ability to work with clients and design teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
• Ability to oversee CAT A fit-outs from shell to finish.
• Strong leadership and site safety management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-end CAT A fit-out projects in Oxford.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, design team and client representatives.
• Ensure programme, budget and quality targets are met.

Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in the D&B fit-out and refurbishment of office/commercial buildings and commercial offices. They specialise in fit-out and refurbishment of commercial office spaces in London and the surrounding counties. Project values range in size from £500K up to £7m in value.

Due to an increase in workload they are currently looking for driven experienced Senior Site Managers with commercial experience. You will be responsible for managing a high end CAT A fitout in Oxford.
